As we support our freelance stylists, our salon’s hours vary depending on which stylist is working. Check out our wonderful stylist experience and hours below.

Annabel is the heart, and soul, of Scout. Her passion to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience drives her every day. With over 20 year’s experience in all aspects of the industry she loves her craft, clients and the world they open up.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best in these cases.

Less than 24 hours notice: charged 50% of your treatment.
Less than 3 hours notice/no show: charged 100% of your treatment.

We run a text reminder service, please remember that technology isn’t always reliable – please keep track of your appointments to avoid any issues. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to see you in the salon.
