Annabel is the heart, and soul, of Scout. Her passion to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience drives her every day. With over 20 year’s experience in all aspects of the industry she loves her craft, clients and the world they open up.

Diana Beaufort
In the hair industry for over 30 years, at the award-winning salon Reds Hairdressing and now freelancing. Diana is now ‘NZ Industry Trainer of the Year’ realising her passion for training and leadership coaching.
Diana is currently not taking on any new clients.
Tabitha Allen
Tabitha is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their absolute best.
With 20 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, she brings a wealth of expertise, a listening ear, and a calming presence to the salon floor.
When she isn’t transforming hair, you’ll find her homeschooling her children, tending to her garden and dreaming up her next interior design project.
